My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

 

Our Wellness Centre is soon going to launch a certification program in the Principle of Holistic Wellness and Nutrition. This course is designed to promote wellness and encourage making healthy lifestyle choices in the 21st century when we are bombarded by the media and scientific community with confusing messages. It is no more enough to know what plan is right or wrong for you! The key question to ask is whether it is working for you and whether it is safe, simple and sustainable to practice lifelong. We are sure you will find an answer to these questions in our course if you have not already. Furthermore, there is a dedicated module on psychological resilience to help you prepare for the world full of negativity, stressors, and constant changes to keep up with. On this course, you will develop the habits and mindset of a thriving person who flourishes in life by facing challenges and not by avoiding them. You will be introduced to the basics of Solution Oriented Behavior Therapy (SBT) and Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) to maximize your productivity and resilience in life.

The candidates will get focused training, access to learning resources and distant supervision from Dr Rishabha Sharma and Ms Gunjan Mishra. The successful candidates will be awarded a certificate by MCQ test and Viva along with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points in the Principle of Wellness and Nutrition. 

 

HOLISTIC WELLNESS & NUTRITION CURRICULUM

 

Semester 1- four modules:

Cardio-Pulmonary fitness 

Neuro-Muscular Fitness 

Meditation and Breathing

Psychological Resilience & SBT

 

Semester 2- five modules:

Plant-based Diet

Animal Product Minimization

Metabolic Harmonisation

Therapeutic Lifestyle Intervention

Holistic Supplements

 

Pass marks-60% and Distinction-90%
